headlockstudio POP-UP来場者選考抽選
今回はheadlockstudio だけで全て企画、運営する初めてのPOP-UPとなります。
安全かつ快適にご参加いただくために来場者は選考抽選により決定させていただき、来場の日時を当選の方にお知らせさせていただきます。
初回ということで来場者数は少なくなりますので来場選考抽選に当選が難しい状況が予想されます。
予めご了承いただき選考抽選にご参加ください。
落選して落ち込んでしまう方やイライラしてしまう方はご参加をご遠慮ください。
抽選後の当落に関わらずお気持ちをメッセージでお知らせ頂かなくて結構です。
また、選考抽選に関するクレームは一切受け付けませんのでよろしくお願いします。（基本的にブロックさせていただいております）
※これまでのイベントと違いエントリーの際に必ず記入していただく箇所がありますのでくれぐれも記入ミスのないようお願いします。
記入漏れあったエントリーは無効になりますので予めご了承ください。
エントリー後に別途お知らせ頂いても一切受け付けません。
今回はheadlockstudio のおもちゃを全くお持ちでない方やお持ちであってもインスタグラムにアップされていない方は参加できません。
過去に転売をしたり、他人のアカウントで抽選販売にエントリーした方とは今後共お取引はしません。
今回より一家族様で一回のみの申し込みをお願いいたします。複数の申し込みをされた場合は全ての申し込みを無効とさせていただきます。（ご夫婦で２回のお申し込みはできません）
【開催概要】

• 開催時間：当選者の方に来場していただく日時をお知らせします。
来場時間はなるべくご希望に添ってこちらからお知らせさせていただきます。
抽選申し込みの際に来場希望時間の第一希望、第ニ希望を備考欄に記入してください。
特に希望がない場合は希望無しと記入してください。
何もご記入がないお申し込みは無効とさせていただきます。
お申し込み後にお知らせいただいても一切受け付けしません。

B 20日14時〜18時
C 21日11時〜14時
D 21日14時〜18時
各時間帯で全て同じものを販売するというわけではありませんが同じ様な条件になるよう商品をご用意します。 土曜日の早い時間が有利、日曜日の最終時間帯が不利ということは一切ありません。
受付 2025年8月19日19時00分締切 締切時間以降は申し込みできません。
当選の方のみ連絡を差し上げます。お電話・メール・FAX・お手紙等での当落確認は受付けておりません。

headlockstudio POP-UP Visitor Selection Lottery
This will be the first POP-UP planned and run entirely by headlockstudio.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, attendees will be selected by lottery and you will be notified of the date and time of their visit.
As this is our first event, attendance will be low, so we expect it will be difficult to win the lottery.
Please understand this in advance and participate in the lottery.
If you would be upset or frustrated if you were not selected, please refrain from participating.
Regarding whether you win or lose, you do not need to send us a message expressing your feelings.
Also, please note that we will not accept any complaints regarding the lottery process. (You will generally be blocked.)
*Unlike previous events, there are some required fields when registering, so please be careful not to make any mistakes.
Please note that entries with incomplete information will be invalid.
Please note that any separate notification after registration will not be accepted.
This time, those who do not own any headlockstudio toys or those who own them but have not uploaded them to Instagram will not be able to participate.
We will not do business with anyone who has previously resold toys or entered the lottery sale using another person’s account.
From now on, we ask that each family only apply once. Multiple applications will be invalidated. (A couple cannot apply twice.)
[Event Details]
- Date: September 20th and 21st, 2025
- Venue: SPANKY, Osu, Nagoya
- Event Time: Winners will be notified of their attendance date and time.
We will inform you of the attendance time, trying to accommodate your preference.
When applying for the lottery, please indicate your first and second preferred visit times in the comments section.
If you have no preference, please write “no preference.” Applications without this information will be invalid.
If you notify us of this after submitting your application, we will not accept any cancellations.
A: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on the 20th
B: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the 20th
C: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on the 21st
D: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the 21st
We will not be selling the same items at each time slot, but we will prepare the products so that all conditions are the same. Early hours on Saturdays are not advantageous, and the last time slot on Sundays is not disadvantageous.
Applications will close at 7:00 PM on August 19, 2025. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
Only successful applicants will be contacted. We will not accept confirmation of results by phone, email, fax, letter, etc.
*Winners will be contacted by email by August 31, 2025.
Please note that the application process may end early.
